Conditions of
Entry
1. The Tournament is sanctioned by the LTA and
conducted under their rules and regulations.
2. Any player may be required to submit to a
doping control test, which may be carried out at any time with no notice given.
Failure to submit to the test will be treated as if a positive result has been
obtained.
3. Play will commence at 9.00 each day.
4. The Committee reserves the right to refuse the
entry of any competitor.
5. The referees decision in all matters relating
to this tournament is final. No complaint relating to the tournament can be
entertained by the Committee unless it is lodged in writing with the
Secretary/Chairman of the Tournament Committee within 48 hours of the cause of
the complaint.
6. All competitors entering the tournament must
agree, as a condition of their entry, that no claims are brought against the
organisers with respect to any injury, however caused, or any losses incurred
while participating in this event.
7. Boys and Girls doubles events will be held.
Sign up sheets will be displayed at the tournament.
8. If you
have not received notification of the time of your first match by Saturday 9th
August please ring Tina Morris on 01707 650487
If you do
not send a stamped addressed envelope you will not receive notification of your
match time.
