Has a comprehensive range of equipment, with everything you need for a great workout. Full Tennis or Squash members (over 16) can add gym to their membership at a heavily discounted fee.

Ashley Flavell recently joined the team as Oakleigh Park’s new Personal Trainer.

Ashley is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and nutritionist. She trained and studied with ‘The Training Room’ and has worked at the  ‘Flex and Tone’  gym in Manchester before coming to Oakleigh Park.

I was really at the point of cancelling my gym membership when Ashley suggested a free 15 minute 'induction' session to demonstrate how to get the most out of using the equipment. Her personality was so vibrant and encouraging that I decided to try out a full personal training session with her. Three months on I am still a regular gym-goer. My energy level has increased considerably and I'm stronger and more agile than when I first started training with her. Ashley is not only my personal trainer she is now also my friend.
