Members who start playing Racketball can usually reach a reasonable level in a relatively short period of time.
Racketball, though rather more ‘forgiving’ on the body, is still very aerobic, helping maintain fitness and burn calories. You can improve your fitness further by combining racketball with sessions in our gym.
Racketball at Oakleigh Park
We not only have the courts available for members to play socially at times to suit themselves but, in addition, Racketball at Oakleigh Park Tennis and Squash club has a 6 division box league on a 6 week regular cycle and an annual Racketball tournament. We have entered a team in the recently formed Middlesex Racketball League.
