Racketball is a popular alternative to Squash, kinder on the limbs and generally agreed to be easier to learn than Tennis or Squash (both available at Oakleigh Park).

Members who start playing Racketball can usually reach a reasonable level in a relatively short period of time.

Racketball, though rather more ‘forgiving’ on the body, is still very aerobic, helping maintain fitness and burn calories. You can improve your fitness further by combining racketball with sessions in our gym.
