Katie Paydon, Personal Trainer  

Personal Trainer & Nutritional Advisor – Katie is also a Youth Exercise Specialist for kids aged 6-19 years old and has also completed a course in Exercise Strategy for Perimenopause and Menopause.

She is passionate about fitness and is dedicated to improving your health, fitness, and quality of life – transforming unhealthy habits, for life-changing results. She is positive, fun, full of energy and loves working with clients of every shape, size and age to help them become fitter and stronger in body and mind.

Ashley Flavell, Personal Trainer

Ashley is currently away on maternity leave and hopefully will be returning in the Autumn.

Ashley is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and nutritionist. She trained and studied with ‘The Training Room’ and has worked at the  ‘Flex and Tone’  gym in Manchester before coming to Oakleigh Park.

She is a warm and positive personal trainer who loves helping people of every shape, size and age to become fitter, healthier and stronger. Ashley enjoys what she does and makes sure her training sessions are fun and challenging.

Whether your aim is to lose weight, get leaner, fitter or stronger, Ashley can help you reach your goals with nutritional advice.

Whatever your age or fitness level, she can work with you to get to your goals. Her aim is to deliver outstanding results whilst making sure that you really enjoy your journey to a new you, by making the atmosphere motivating, fun and supportive as possible so that you can achieve amazing results.

I was really at the point of cancelling my gym membership when Ashley suggested a free 15 minute 'induction' session to demonstrate how to get the most out of using the equipment. Her personality was so vibrant and encouraging that I decided to try out a full personal training session with her. Three months on I am still a regular gym-goer. My energy level has increased considerably and I'm stronger and more agile than when I first started training with her. Ashley is not only my personal trainer she is now also my friend.
